Membership

Abad Indulge membership is personal and non-transferable, valid for the period stated on your digital card.

Vouchers bundled with your membership are for your own use at any participating property, subject to availability.

Vouchers

Each voucher can be redeemed only up to the number of uses (or value) it allows, and only within its validity period unless a grace period is shown on the voucher.

Offers and vouchers cannot be combined or clubbed with each other, or with any other ongoing promotion, unless explicitly stated on the voucher.

Some vouchers may have blackout dates during which they cannot be redeemed — these are shown on the voucher itself when they apply.

We reserve the right to pause a voucher's validity if the property or outlet it applies to is temporarily unavailable; the voucher's expiry is extended by the same number of days.

Redemption

Vouchers are redeemed by presenting your QR code, voucher number, or membership number to staff at the point of service.

Higher-value vouchers may require an additional verification step (a live code, a one-time password, or your account PIN) before staff can complete the redemption.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version shown in the app is the one in effect.
